If you’re one of those people who still can’t decide on what
to get the guy in your life this coming father’s day, here are a few
suggestions you might want to consider.
Gadgets. If your dad is a techie, the best gift to give him would be the latest gadget of his desires. It could be the latest mobile phone, an iPad, an android tablet, or a DSLR camera.
Do note that these gifts can be quite expensive, so most
items in this category might be available only to those with money to burn. If you’re
on a tight budget, tech goodies such as USB thumb drives, gadget bags and casings,
high capacity SD cards and other accessories would be your best bet.
Electric Razor. Facial
hair grooming has always been part of a man’s hygiene so getting an electronic razor
as a gift would really help in trimming your dad’s beard or moustache. And what’s
best with an electric razor is that it’s not a common gift, so if you really
want to surprise someone, this gift would be a good choice.

Gift Certificates. Gift certificates are probably the most convenient gift to give to someone. The recipient of the GC is allowed to choose whatever gift he wants as long as the price won’t exceed the amount of the gift certificate. However, GCs can work both ways. Yes, it’s very convenient but it does take away the sentimental value in giving a gift. So if the person in question is quite sentimental, GCs might not be the best idea to give.
Apparel. Giving your dad a new shirt, new pants, a pair of new shoes or a new tie is usually the easiest choice for most people. It's very convenient and undoubtedly a no-brainer. But the thing is, if you're giving away items such as this, you have to consider your dad's sense of style as well as the person's body proportions. Otherwise, apparel as gift items can sometimes be disastrous.
An Entertainment centre. A showcase of audio and video equipment can also be a good gift this coming father’s day. Having a nice LED TV with an amazing audio system is great for watching those action-packed films as well as watching those intense scenes from basketball, football and tennis games.

Time Piece. Although quite a hefty investment, getting the man of your life a nice watch is also a good idea. And if you’re on a tight budget, you’d be happy to know that there are trusted brands (e.g. Timex, Fossil or Bench) that you can choose from that provide the best value for your money. But if you have money to spare, go for Swiss-made watches.
Out of town trip (and spa treatment). Fathers and husbands are usually the breadwinners of the family. Having said that, it’s not surprising that the men in the family are the ones who are usually stressed and tired from work, so giving them an out-of-town trip from some needed R&R is really a great treat for them this father’s day.
And since you’re already at it, try giving them a complimentary spa treatment like a full body massage, a sauna bath or a ventosa cupping therapy to relieve those aching muscles and release stress.
A Car. Now if you have very deep pockets, then the ultimate father’s day gift would be a car. Whether it’s a saloon, a sports car, a pick-up truck or AUV, giving away a car is the best gift a man could receive from someone. Of course, the car is the most expensive item mentioned in this post, it can also be the most practical as it can be used for a very long time.
