Our homes are usually stuffed with a lot of products that we
use for our day to day activities. Most often than not, a lot of these products
represent either of two things: first is that the product in question is the
most popular or newest brand in the market and people really want to try it; or
second, the product is bought due to brand loyalty that is usually the result
of a good quality product.
Products that fall under the latter condition are usually
the long lasting brands that are able to withstand the test of time and last
for many years. But for those products that belong to the first category, they
are either driven at the very back isle of supermarkets and department stores
and be forgotten or worse pulled from the market due to poor sales.
So in today’s edition of The Nostalgic Pinoy, let’s take a
look at some home products that enjoyed moderate success in the 90s (some even
in the 80s) before finally throwing in the white towel either through other
more popular products or due to poor performance.
